We are looking for a reliable and motivated Baker Operative to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assist in preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bakery products to the highest quality standards.

The Olidor Group also includes Brusco Food Group, an industry expert in ingredients supply, Karimix, a specialist worldwide inspired sauce producer, and The Original Baker, a producer of premium artisan baked goods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
- Report any issues or non-conformances to the supervisor.
- Ensure only in-date, approved ingredients are used.
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety procedures (e.g. temperature checks, metal detection).
- Maintain personal hygiene and follow company hygiene policies.
- Clean work areas during and after shifts (clean-as-you-go policy).
- Pack and dispatch products as instructed.
- Participate in training and staff meetings as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, with training provided.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable, but full training would be provided.
- Basic understanding of hygiene practices in a food production environment.
- Awareness of food safety standards such as HACCP and BRC would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A flexible, proactive and solution focused approach.

Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour
Working Arrangements: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm, fully onsite.
