We are looking for a new baker/barista to join our team at Barn Door Bakery. The role will be Part time and includes starting at 7/7.30am and finishing between 2pm and 5pm (depending on orders). The role will be 1-3 days a week and with include 2 Saturdays a month. We are flexible with week days and happy to work around home/family commitment for the right person! The role will consist of both baking orders in the back kitchen, and working at the front counter making hot drinks and serving customers .
Our ideal candidate would have coffee and/or baking experience already (more training will be provided though!) and will have worked in a customer service/cafe role before. They must be hard working and super friendly! Customer service is really important to us so it must be important to you too. The ideal candidate must be a team player and be happy to pitch in wherever is needed. They must also have a passion for the role, that’s very important also.

Pay: £12,000.00-£25,000.00 per hour
