Schedule: 37 hours per week
Location: Fully Remote, UK based
Contract Length: Permanent, Ongoing
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure documentation complies with applicable aerospace standards
Manage and update content within Content Management Systems and authoring tools, maintaining consistency across deliverables
Analyse engineering data, system specifications, and design documentation to generate documentation.
Work alongside closely with avionics engineers and other subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information.
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency in technical authoring tools e.g. Arbortext, FrameMaker, Oxygen XML Editor
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams & schematics
Familiarity with DEF STANs, DO-178/254
Experience with SGML/XML authoring & content management systems
Degree or formal training in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Technical Communication, or related field
