As demand keeps climbing, we’re looking for an energetic Service Advisor who can join the Front of House team and assist in driving sales, keeping customers informed and ensuring the front desk runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Care & Sales
- Greet customers, translate technical faults into plain English and upsell recommended work.
- Chase web leads, make follow-up calls and convert enquiries to bookings.
- Hit agreed KPI targets on labour sales, parts GP and CSI.
Workflow & Admin
- Use our Garage management system (Garage Hive) to book jobs, raise purchase orders, track and update job progress in real time.
- Utilise great sales ability to convert identified work.
- Produce meticulous estimates and invoices.
- Pre-pick parts for upcoming jobs and keep technicians fully briefed.
Parts & Stock Control
- Source OEM-quality parts at the best prices, place orders and monitor delivery ETAs.
- Maintain live stock levels for parts and consumables, reconciling against invoices.
- Liaise with technicians to verify parts accuracy before work starts.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Bring a fantastic attitude to learning and either have some automotive knowledge or are prepared to gain it quickly through guided courses and inside & outside of work training.
- Are a natural salesperson who enjoys chasing leads and smashing targets.
- Keep laser-sharp attention to detail in estimates, job cards and be able to follow business processes accurately.
- Pick up new software quickly – Garage Hive, Excel, cloud telephony, etc.
- Communicate confidently by phone, email and face-to-face, with spotless spelling/grammar.
- Stay organised under pressure and take the initiative to keep the workshop flowing in a very busy Front of House office.
