This role is for one of our four offices ( to be decided) but working at some time at all of our offices to cover staff absences/ workload as required.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Audio Typist/ Administrator to join our team at Granville-West Chivers and Morgan working full time Monday to Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential typing and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our legal practice. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate audio typing of legal documents, and correspondence on our case management system.
- Manage data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organising documents, scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
- Handle phone calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an audio typist or in a similar administrative role. with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and in a fast-paced environment.
