As part of our ongoing growth, we now require a new Assurance Administrator in the FI Ltd Central Education team. This is an essential support role collaborating across our First Intuition Limited centres. Your focus will be to ensure that we are operating within the regulatory requirements and support the effective management and mitigation of risks.

Reports to: Quality and Assurance Lead
Location: Remote (with bi-annual meetings in London centre)
Requirements
- Efficiently process paperwork and associated reporting for apprenticeship learners ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulation.
- First point of contact for FI Ltd Centres addressing and resolving quality and regulatory queries promptly and professionally, escalating where required.
- Conduct comprehensive audits to verify adherence to established processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare concise and informative summaries of audit findings, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement and share these insights with management for informed decision-making.
- Support the administration involved with our subcontracted learners.
- Assist with quality monitoring across coaching teams to help improve performance.
- Administer our Functional Skills (Direct Claims Status), providing support to ensure quality standards are maintained across the First Intuition network.
- Provide administrative support to the FI Ltd Compliance Committee.
- Provide support for additional tasks and projects as requested by management demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting evolving Central Education team needs
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Exemplary attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and documentation.
- Possesses strong computer skills with an advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of efficiently utilising software tools and applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Exhibits excellent organisational skills, adept at managing time and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, collaborating effectively within teams and communicating clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrates a proactive work ethic, consistently taking initiative to address challenges and seize opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiently operates in a remote work environment, displaying self-discipline and adaptability.
- Previous experience of apprenticeships and auditing is advantageous.
