We are looking to recruit to a 4 session fixed term role until 31 October 2026.
Remuneration will be at GP04 point of national GP educator pay scale.
Support with all aspects of Midlands Primary Care workforce development, including finding innovative workforce solutions and advising on the commissioning of education for primary care.
Close liaison and negotiation with local GP programmes and practices, Training Hubs, NHS Trusts, NHS England, RCGP, and other health care providers.
Responsibility for implementing innovative strategies of delivery and the evaluation of high-quality primary care education and training in NHSE Midlands.
Key role in supporting the commissioning, transformation, and quality management of multi professional primary care education and training in accordance with the standards set by NHSE and regulators.
Be a key member of the GP School Team and deputise as requested. The role and responsibilities will overlap with, and complement the other members of the senior team, requiring flexibility in working practices.
