- Champion learning from incidents, complaints, and patient feedback.
- Act as the key point of contact for Divisional Quality and Nursing teams.
- Contribute to strategic forums such as Clinical Governance, Health & Safety, and Reducing Restrictive Practice.
- NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered) - An RMN/RGN qualification is essential for this post.
- Experience in leading Quality Improvement projects
- Extensive clinical and management experience
