Associate – Board Review Team
The Associate role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of Lintstock’s growing Board Review practice, which designs and executes performance evaluations for the Boards of Directors of leading European companies. The successful candidate will progress towards writing reports that analyse client data and present it in a clear and concise narrative; the ultimate audience for these reports will be the Boards of leading companies.
You will work closely with our experienced team of Partners and Associates, gaining broad exposure to a range of client projects, research initiatives, data analysis, and business development activities. As part of a small, agile team whose clients are the Boards of leading companies, there are significant development opportunities for a self-starting individual to grasp.
Person Specification
When recruiting Associates, we look for individuals who are analytical, pay great attention to detail, and possess excellent English writing skills. We place a strong emphasis on working accurately and efficiently, and on always delivering work of the highest standard.
We welcome applications from graduates of all disciplines and levels of experience, and are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with postgraduate or PhD qualifications, or relevant professional experience.
Roles Available
- A new graduate or someone at an earlier stage of their career, with a strong analytical background and an interest in pursuing a consulting career. This role will be primarily reporting-focused, but it is important that candidates are comfortable engaging with senior individuals and have a strong motivation to learn how to progress into an advisory role. The starting salary for this position will be between £40k and £70k.
- An individual with 5+ years of professional experience, who has the capability to learn to lead engagements within a few years and who has had some board – or equivalent level – exposure during their career. This role will also involve working closely with the Partners on business development and thought leadership initiatives, as well as coordinating the inputs of the team. The starting salary for this position will be between £70k and £100k+.
