The Assistant Manager role at our new Oxford Street West ‘Mind Oasis’ store offers a unique opportunity to help lead a groundbreaking retail concept that blends science-backed treatments with immersive design. Opening this October, the store will feature an exclusive product range and serve as a sanctuary for busy shoppers to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
As Assistant Manager of this Mind Oasis Flagship, you will support the Store Director in leading, inspiring, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. You’ll play a key role in implementing local business strategies, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for team development and performance.
You’ll help set daily objectives, contribute to monthly planning, and oversee store administration, inventory, and compliance. You’ll also support visual merchandising, foster a welcoming environment, and help resolve any team or customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Your ability to adapt, collaborate, and celebrate team successes will be essential in driving the store’s long-term success.

- Experience as an Assistant Manager in retail, luxury, or hospitality.
- Strong operational foundations which should include stock management and compliance as a minimum.

- A customer-centric approach and operational efficiency.
- Interest in the wellbeing, lifestyle, or beauty industry.
- Experience with marketing, brand, or community engagement is a plus.
