A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at a large nursery setting. It is the fastest growing nursery setting in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD). As a the Setting Senco you will have an overall responsibility over our Setting and caring for our children with special needs, giving account to the Deputy Setting Manager.
This post is required to ensure the needs of children with Special Educational needs are met and to enable them to progress and achieve highly with us.
The successful candidate will support the Setting SENCo and must be:
- An excellent SEN practitioner with a proven record of achieving good and outstanding teaching
- Committed to securing the best academic and personal development outcomes for children
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and willing to go to great lengths to ensure our success
- Dedicated to contributing to key areas of the Nursery with a strong commitment to inclusion and school improvement
