What you’ll do:
We are looking to recruit an assistant planner to support our team with data handling and contact with customers, including developers, housebuilders and teams across the County Council and other local authorities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is driven to provide great customer service, with the ability to handle financial data and with an eye for detail.
You will help handle customer requests to fulfil a range of legal obligations (e.g. to make payments, fulfil travel plan duties; submit compliance information).

What we’re looking for:
With development and training, the successful candidate will be required to support a small team of developer obligations and travel plan officers. This role will suit someone with good attention to detail and IT skills, and a willingness to offer assistance to the team. This opportunity is advertised as full-time; however, we are also happy to consider applications from people wanting to work on a part-time basis and/or wanting to work flexibly (e.g. term time only).
