We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Assistant Online Fitness Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide personalised coaching support to our clients, help design tailored fitness programs, and create educational content to support our community. As part of a growing and supportive team, you'll play a key role in helping women thrive through fitness while promoting our brand’s message of empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coaching & Support: Address clients' individual fitness needs with prompt, clear, and thoughtful communication. Ensure each client’s experience aligns with the Dominion Fitness brand reputation.
- Program Design & Adjustment: Develop personalised mesocycle programs based on client assessments, energy balance, and trends. Modify programs as needed to reflect client progress and goals. Experience with Trainerize app would be a huge plus!
- Education & Content Creation: Produce valuable educational content for social media and other media channels. Create engaging, informative resources that align with Dominion Fitness’ mission and values.
- Exercise Demonstration: Use video production to demonstrate exercises and fitness routines, ensuring clients are performing movements safely and effectively.
- One-on-One & Group Sessions: Facilitate both individual and group coaching calls and masterclass sessions to engage and inspire clients.
- Form Evaluation: Provide video feedback and analysis to clients to help minimise injury risk and improve exercise technique.
- Client Progress Tracking: Continuously monitor client progress and offer support in achieving their fitness goals. Maintain positive and professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Feedback & Retention: Collect and act on client feedback, proactively seeking ways to improve their experience and promote retention.
- Role Model: Act as a positive role model by practicing what you preach, demonstrating dedication to health and fitness in all aspects of life.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for health and fitness, particularly for helping women achieve their goals. You must embody a healthy lifestyle and be driven to inspire others.
- Expertise in Female-Specific Fitness: Deep understanding of how menstrual cycles, hormonal changes (pre and post-menopause), and other female-specific factors impact training and nutrition.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain exercises clearly and demonstrate proper form to prevent injury and maximise results. Strong written and verbal communication is key.
- Empathy & Listening Skills: The ability to understand each client’s unique needs and goals through active listening and personalised coaching.
- Self-Motivation, Work Ethic & Discipline: Be driven, self-disciplined, and proactive. You must have stellar work ethics and high personal productivity, always striving to improve both personally and professionally while delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Leadership: Lead clients through challenging fitness journeys with a strong sense of responsibility and a motivating presence.
- Organisation & Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and their individualised plans. Ensure that each client receives timely follow-ups and program updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements: Level 2 Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer certification.
- Preferred: Additional qualifications in female fitness, strength and conditioning, or nutrition will be highly valued.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: £1,800.00 - £2,200.00 per month (full time). This role would start on part-time basis first.
- Additional Commission: 8% commission on client retention
