The Club
The Oxford and Cambridge Club is an exclusive private members Club with a Grade II* listed Clubhouse in the heart of London. The Club has 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiards room and extensive libraries. The Club has nearly 5000 members
The Role
You will be responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping. Assigning work to the department staff to ensure the guestrooms, public spaces and staff areas are clean and well maintained. You will be completing inspections and holding people accountable for corrective action. You will be assisting in ensuring the highest of standards are maintained whilst providing Member and Staff satisfaction within the operational budget.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Have people management experience.
- Be able to lead by example.
- Have a proactive and flexible approach to work

Salary
£37,500 PA plus Service Charge 40 Hours per week.
