We are looking for a landscape gardener to join our team to assist on regular garden maintenance work throughout the year. This position is ideal for someone who already has some experience already in horticulture and garden maintenance but also may be wanting to learn new skills and expand their knowledge in the future. The position involves many different disciplines of gardening, at many different locations around south somerset and west dorset, for a mixed client base.

- Punctuality and reliability are key attributes needed to carry out the tasks effectively for our clients.
- A lot of the work is very physical, so good fitness and ability to maintain energy levels through the day is needed.
- Showing willingness to learn and progress in horticulture, would be advantageous in progress in this field of work through the years to come.
- You would be working with a small team, so great teamwork attributes are a crucial need in order to perform daily tasks well.
- We have a range of different clients, so good communicating and being polite are needed when talking to our clients.
- This is a Full-time position with competitive rates of pay depending on applicants experience.

- There are options to extend knowledge with RHS courses for the successful applicant.
- Candidates must have a full driving licence and be able to commute to the work base, where they would then drive a works vehicle to gardens across south somerset and west dorset, before returning to work's base.
