The Role and What You’ll Do:
WME Fashion seeks a self-driven, resourceful Creative Department Assistant to support IMG Models and The Wall Group in London. A strong understanding of photography and video is essential for this role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support creative lead in capturing and editing digitals, test shoots, and video content
Assist creative lead in delivering high-quality assets for social, web, and internal use
Archiving incoming material both online and locally (editorials, tests, updates)
Helping to keep the studio space neat and presentable
General office and administrative duties
Collaborate on creative concepts and content pitches
Major Projects:
Assist London Fashion Month coverage : On-site shooting, editing, and rapid delivery of backstage and runway content
Support the creation of Fashion Week Show Packages

Excellent communication skills at all levels
Familiarity with the fashion industry and fashion month coverage (capturing backstage content, editing, and delivering social-ready videos) is a strong plus
Photography: Skilled in capturing strong imagery for:
Digitals of walk-in castings and composing casting sheets for review
Social: Live Event Coverage (fashion week, event BTS)
Graphic Design: Strong design sensibility with experience creating compelling visual assets across digital and print.
Video: Proficient in shooting, editing, and delivering short-form and long-form video content under tight deadlines.
Software Proficiency:
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro
Familiar with After Effects and Figma a plus
Additional Information
1 to 3 years of experience in Fashion, Beauty or Entertainment industry is preferred
This position is based in London
Working hours are 9:30 – 18:00
Occasional travel/weekend work may be required
