- At Getty Images, you'll be at the heart of our Entertainment team, leading the end-to-end production of commercial photography assignments across EMEA. From red carpet premieres to brand activations, you’ll oversee every stage of delivery—ideation, planning, execution, and post-production—ensuring each project meets the highest creative and operational standards.
- You’re as comfortable working behind the scenes pulling together call sheets and coordinating logistics as you are building lasting relationships with PR agencies, luxury brands, and event organizers. You have a good understanding and interest in the world of Entertainment and a passion for creating standout content. You’ll help shape Getty Images’ role as the industry’s go-to partner for branded visual storytelling, content distribution, and licensing.
- This position reports to Head of Production, EMEA.
Your Next Challenge:
- Oversee paid entertainment assignments across EMEA—from concept to final delivery. Coordinate shoot logistics, talent scheduling, and on-site support when needed.
- Liaise with clients, talent, and internal teams to deliver premium content for events including film festivals, fashion weeks, premieres, and award shows.
- Manage schedules, budgets, freelancer assignments, contracts, and post-production workflows.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and collaborators to grow new business opportunities.
- Work closely with photographers and editors to ensure smooth logistical execution.
- Grow revenue by proactively identifying commercial opportunities.
- Handling customer service tasks including image quotes & licensing, inquiries, negotiation and problem resolution.
- Build an understanding of the Getty Images offering to identify opportunities and partner with other areas of the business to achieve goals.
- Work a flexible schedule – days, some nights and weekends required based on client needs.
What You'll Need:
- Desired relevant experience in Entertainment. This role focuses on entertainment, celebrity and media markets; therefore, the ideal candidate will have good knowledge of current events, celebrities and entertainment.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during key events.
- Able to multitask across complex projects, staying calm under pressure in high-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to build rapport with client contacts, creating long term relationships.
- Ability to be agile, remain focused and make smart decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient to advanced computer literacy (MS Office Tools and preferably Salesforce).
