We have a new opportunity for an Assembly Operative.
You will be expected to achieve production targets, ensuring that safety and quality are always a priority.
If you possess the following:
· A background in manufacturing / previous assembly experience / ability to use hand tools
. Focused on Health & Safety and Quality
. Understanding of lean management techniques and a desire for continuous improvement
· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
· Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to your workload.
· Driven by business results, accuracy of work, personal contribution to team.
· Able to communicate well
And are looking for:
· Stable, permanent employment in a developing business
· Hourly rate starting at £12.50 increasing to £13.25 after 3 months
. Personal development plan
· Working hours of 7am – 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am – 2.30pm on Fridays
