As a part of the team, you will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and technical drawings to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
· Carrying out onsite measured building surveys
· Drawing existing & proposed architectural drawings
· Perform original design work according to a client brief
· Producing building regulation drawings
· Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control
· Coordinating consultants (planning consultants/structural engineers/biodiversity etc)
General office tasks.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of UK architectural design experience
· Competency in AutoCAD/ Sketchup
· Knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Highly motivated individual with time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
Salford office based.
