We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Business Administrator to join our dynamic team at an award-winning Managed IT Service Provider. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration within the technology sector.
The successful candidate will support key business functions including sales, accounts, marketing and general operations. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone eager to develop professional skills while contributing to the operational efficiency of the business.
You will be required to enrol in a Level 3 Business Administrator course for a minimum of 12 months. Candidates will be given time to complete their qualifications alongside their roles and responsibilities and is ideal for anyone wanting to start and explore their professional career in business.
Impact Computing are a small team of 14 with a strong emphasis on positive work culture, supporting employees in their professional career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client invoicing and processing orders
- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
- Purchase ledger support, inputting invoices and credit card transactions
- Supporting procurement activities with orders and stock control
- Assistance with office and event management
- Support with other financial activities such as reconciliations and credit control
- Sales support and client product/service renewals
- Administrational assistance with marketing activities
- General administrational support to the Finance and Administration Manager and Client Solutions Director.

Entry Requirements
Level 3 applicants are required to hold a GCSE Grade C or grade 4 or above in Maths, English and ICT (or equivalent) or be prepared to work towards Maths, English and ICT Level 2 Functional Skills.
