Job Objective:
Responsible for all sales lead generation within our business sector. Sourcing new customers through market research and using agreed data bases. Contacting customers by phone, your job is to persuade them to accept a free on-site survey which will be performed by the managing director, thus ensuring that Green Machine achieves our short and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the selling our services by phone in line with our marketing goals and targets.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of our business.
- Understanding the companies agreed sales targets and objectives.
- Achieving the agreed sales targets and objectives on a rolling monthly basis.
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Demonstrates the ability to instigate and develop business conversations with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a conversation resulting in the customer agreeing to a free site survey.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to potential new clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking if required.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Responsible for managing our contact data base and following up all ring backs within the agreed time scales.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our CRM software.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
