Position Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our dedicated team. This role is specifically for morning shifts from 7:00am to 11:00am, providing high-quality care in the comfort and familiarity of our clients’ homes. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' quality of life and supporting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious, personalised meals in line with dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions
- Support mobility and encourage safe physical activity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Accurately record care activities and report changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work 7:00am to 11:00am
- A good understanding of elderly care and support needs
- Physically able to perform manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic nature
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to undergo background checks and complete training
