Tradeglaze is a growing, award-winning manufacturer and installer of bespoke fenestration products. We work with trade, commercial, and domestic customers across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire regions to supply innovative, high-end glazing solutions to their projects.
We are looking for Aluminium Fabricator to join our Aluminium Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, and placing gasket into Aluminium Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows & Curtain walling.
· To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet targets and deadlines.
· Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, crimper, etc.
· Provide Technical Support, to both the aluminium team and the overall business.
· Assisting with incoming goods deliveries.
· To ensure all internal maintenance is performed daily and reporting all issues to the Line Manager.
· To ensure that housekeeping is adhered to and maintained.
Key Skills:
· Previous experience in the Fenestration industry from Curtain walling, Aluminium Windows, Doors or Glazing (Desirable) within a fabricating role (Essential).
· Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
· Enthusiastic, driven and ability to use your own initiative with good attention to detail.
· Communicate in a clear, concise and confident manner.
· Be able to work in a team and on your own.
· Reliable and flexible.
· Training will be provided where required.
Other Information:
· We offer 5 weeks annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
