Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and services across cross-functional Agile teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver value efficiently, while maintaining alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. This role combines delivery oversight, Agile coaching, and servant leadership to foster high-performing teams and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across teams.
- Remove delivery blockers and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities.
- Monitor delivery progress, team health, and performance metrics to inform planning and improvement.
- Champion Agile principles and practices, helping teams mature in their ways of working.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and functions to ensure smooth delivery in scaled or complex environments. Support release planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager in a digital product or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience with Agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile).
- Experience in scaled Agile environments or managing delivery across multiple teams. Background in digital transformation, product development, or enterprise technology.
