Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding operational status and any concerns.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working in the plant environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous.
- Ability to drive machinery or vehicles as required for operational tasks.
