About The Role
As our in-house Agentforce Consultant you'll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform & Agentforce functionality to Define, Design, Build & Deploy best-in-class functionality for Inardua internally, ensuring that what's developed maximises the potential of standard features, while ensuring customisation is completed in a way which is "low-code" but high-quality.
You'll be confident working with our Directors, Heads of Department and other internal stakeholders to define our roadmap and implement what's needed. While we're looking for someone to own this end-to-end you'll be supported by our world-class Consulting, Engineering & Delivery teams - meaning there are no technical-limits to what you can get done.

We work with Enterprise organisations around the world, primarily in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing & CPG.
About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

An excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality (3+ years)
- Foundational knowledge of both Agentic & Generative AI capabilities
- As much experience working with Agentforce and other AI tools as reasonably possible (either in commercial projects, self-study or personal projects)
- A deep understanding of the business environment - ideally gained from a variety of organisations
- A solid knowledge of Delivery best-practice (how to gather requirements and turn these into an actionable roadmap)
- The ability to solve complex problems, and to concisely summarise and share findings.
- That you are comfortable communicating technical issues in clear, easy to understand everyday language, in both one-to-one and group environments
- Capable of understanding how small details impact the big-picture
- Accomplished communicator, through written, verbal and presentation skills.
- A friendly, customer focussed attitude.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team with a diverse range of interests and backgrounds.
- The ability to take initiative and a motivation to progress your career.
- A technical aptitude, and clear interest in technology.
Ideal qualifications / experience:
- Core Consultant-level Salesforce Certifications (i.e Sales, Service, Experience)
- Progression towards Architect-level Certifications (i.e Application Architect)
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Foundations / Consultant
- Net Zero Cloud Accredited Professional
In addition to the above you'll be working across our entire tech-stack, including Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Slack, BambooHR, Xero & Precursive PSA. While it's not a requirement to have worked with all of these, you should have a high-level understanding of how they fit together at an organisational-level.

SFIA Level 4, Base £55,350-£67,650 (OTE: £63,653-77,798)
