Aftersales Advisor (Service & Parts) FORD
Malcolm Waite Limited are Ford Authorised Repairers in Sandwich and Deal.
We are looking for an experienced Service / Parts Advisor to join us.
Applications for the position are invited from suitably qualified/experienced persons.
Previous motor trade experience in a similar position is required, preferably in a Ford environment although this is not essential.
About the job
- Responsibility for the daily operation of the service reception.
- Ordering the required parts and receiving them in as and when required.
- AA / RAC / 1 Link Management
- Warranty Control and Claims (Ford Protect)
- Reporting to the After Sales Leader
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer awareness.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
