Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Aesthetic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with effective phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, typing, and clerical tasks as needed.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various documentation and communication purposes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Process invoices and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
