We are now seeking a skilled and passionate Self-Employed Aesthetic Therapist to join our space and grow their own client base within a supportive, well-equipped environment.
As a Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal for male and female (preferred experience with soprano machine), facials, skin peels, microneedling, or other non-invasive treatments.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
- Conduct professional client consultations to understand their concerns, needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Promote additional services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Experience
- VTCT or NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 4 or above desirable)
- Must required for level 4 laser hair removal
- One year and more experience in delivering aesthetic treatments
- Insurance and relevant licenses (must be up-to-date)
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Motivated, reliable and smart
Preferable: Self employed
