We have a fantastic vacancy for a Band 7 Dietitian working mostly on the purpose built Digestive Diseases Unit at RSCH in Brighton to cover maternity leave. This unit provides local and regional care for medical and surgical gastroenterology patients. Your expertise may be required on additional wards to support complex nutrition support.

The post involves inpatient ward work, outpatient clinics and group sessions such as FODMAP. There is a high level of nutrition support involved in this post, both enteral and parenteral. Cross cover for critical care and Princess Royal Hospital may be required.

On our Brighton Site we provide regional services for cancer, renal, head & neck, stroke, trauma, gastro, paediatrics, HIV, cardiac and much more. You will work very closely with the whole MDT in this very specialised post.

Substantial experience in all aspects of nutrition support is essential including enteral tube feeding. Experience of parenteral nutrition is essential.

We hope that in choosing UHSussex you are choosing a long and happy career where you will be able to see the difference you make and feel valued for all that you do.

We look forward to receiving your application and the start of your journey with UHSussex.
