We are currently seeking a committed and organized Site Administrator to support daily operations at one of our prestigious client sites – DSQ (Dolphin Square), a luxury residential estate.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a committed and organized Site Administrator to support daily operations at one of our prestigious client sites – DSQ (Dolphin Square), a luxury residential estate.
As the Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of cleaning and support services at Dolphin Square. You’ll be responsible for supervising cleaning operatives, conducting daily site inspections, reporting issues, and supporting the Site Manager with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily checks of all designated areas, including:
- Communal areas
- Offices
- Meeting rooms
- Gym
- Gardens
- Log and report any maintenance issues, cleaning concerns, or incidents to the Site Manager and client representatives where required.
- Supervise and support on-site cleaning operatives to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Assist with operative rotas, timekeeping, and basic admin matters.
- Manage supply stock levels and request orders when necessary.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports, inspection logs, and other administrative documents.
- Act as a communication link between the Site Manager, cleaning staff, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Thames Cleaning policies at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role (ideally within cleaning, hospitality, or property management).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable using basic IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
