Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping others? Do you thrive in an organised, detail-driven environment? Patient Choice is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team and help deliver a first-class prescription home delivery service to patients across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, proactive, and ready to support both customers and clinicians with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Our Patients and Clinicians:
✔ Inputting and managing sales orders received from patients and healthcare professionals
✔ Providing excellent service over the phone and via email
✔ Making welcome calls and sending order reminders
✔ Responding to customer and clinician queries efficiently
✔ Managing patient information accurately within our CRM system
✔ Liaising with GP surgeries to request and follow up on prescriptions
✔ Processing prescriptions and ensuring they match patient orders
✔ Ensuring all communications meet company and NHS standards
Teamwork & Standards:
✔ Upholding NHS Clinical and Information Governance requirements
✔ Working closely with team members to support smooth daily operations
✔ Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
✅ Confident with computers, including Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team
