We’re looking for a proactive, organised and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Kendal office for 6 months to strengthen our admin team during a period of planned cover. With our business growing fast, this could easily turn into a permanent opportunity for the right person.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Prepare and follow up on quotes
- Schedule jobs and coordinate engineers
- Keep admin and documentation up to date
- Support the management team with day-to-day tasks
What you’ll need:
- Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Solid admin and IT skills
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks
- Industry knowledge a bonus – but we’ll train you
