We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office administration and be adept at managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date
- Assist with bookkeeping duties using Xero and maintain financial records
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Support team members with clerical tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Utilise Google Workspace for document management and communication within the team
Skills
- Previous office experience is essential for success in this role
- Xero Software experience is essential,
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proven administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Strong clerical experience that demonstrates an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
