The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our IT team, where you'll provide coordination and administrative support to our IT management team across a variety of tasks such as generating purchase orders, maintaining SharePoint spaces, note taking project meetings etc!
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes, with full training provided to help you succeed and grow in the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating purchase orders by extracting key details from supplier quotations and proposals.
- Tracking and reconciling invoices against budget trackers and supplier cost sheets.
- Coordinating and maintaining software license records in our central database.
- Processing general IT requests, including travel arrangements and training bookings.
- Actively maintaining and updating key IT trackers to support team visibility and reporting.

To succeed as an Administrator, you will have previous experience working in an administrator role. The successful candidate will have organisational and communication skills; they will work well within a team and independently.
This role does not require IT qualifications, just communication, organisation and documentation skills.
