Broughton Plant Hire & Sales are looking to recruit a full-time permanent office administrator to help our busy and fast paced tool hire depot.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.00pm office based only
25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and provide solutions to daily enquiries
- Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
- liaising with departments to confirm orders and off-hires
- Supporting and communicating effectively with the team
Key knowledge, skills, and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable.
- Exceptional customer services skills and telephone manner.
- Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and using your initiative
