Location: Chelmsford Town Centre
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a professional and proactive Administrator to support the smooth operation of our busy electrical services company.
Working on our premises, your experience in a similar administrative role will be vital to ensuring our service delivery remains seamless.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders efficiently
- Generating and maintaining engineers’ diaries
- Handling customer calls with professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing schedules
- Maintaining shared data and records
- Collaborating with clients via Teams and face-to-face meetings
- Closing jobs upon completion and preparing monthly applications and invoices
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a similar office environment preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner, as the role involves making a high volunteer of calls.
