Ox Resin is the UK’s Leading Resin Training Centre for various highly decorative resin based products such as Epoxy Resin Floors, Resin Bound Driveways and Venetian Plaster/Resin Walling.
Starting immediately, we have 2 positions open.
1) Full time, Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00.
2) Part Time, Mon-Fri 9:30-14:00.
The roles are to primarily assist our existing team with general administration duties such as:-
- Answering Incoming Enquiries/Calls,
- General Administration,
- Taking Payments Over the Phone,
- Invoicing,
Other job roles are also available dependant on the successful candidates interests, experience and capabilities. These progression could include but not limited to…
- Social Media Management,
- Photography/Video Production.
Full training will be given on start however prior Customer Service / Administration experience will be advantageous for these roles.
What we need from you
- Have a good phone manner.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, commitment and enthusiasm.
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive.
- Be willing to ask for help when needed.
- Be a strong team player.
- Be familiar with computers for basic admin duties such as emailing and internet researching.
- A good attention to detail.
