Job Summary
We are in search of a highly organized and meticulous Administrative Assistant from Business Administration background to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate should possess proficient administrative and clerical abilities, along with adeptness in utilizing computer tools like Google Suite, Birdie and QuickBooks. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary role will involve supporting our team and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.
Duties
- Undertake various administrative duties such as handling phone calls, managing emails, and monitoring office supplies inventory
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Aid in data entry tasks and maintain precise records
- Create, review, and modify documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize schedules and arrange meetings
- Exercise discretion in handling confidential information
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist in basic bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks
Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing computer applications including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Birdie, and QuickBooks
