Job Title: Admin Assistant (Temporary 2-3 months)
Job Summary: With over three decades of experience in the industry, Hawkesworth has established itself as one of the leading Electrical Testing companies in the UK. From our headquarters in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, we operate a team of over 180 engineers who carry out Electrical Testing and other services across the country.
We are seeking an administrative assistant who can start with us immediately on a temporary, full-time or part-time basis. We are flexible about days of work but ideally this will be for 4/5 days per week. The role may be available until September 2025 and could therefore suit someone looking for a summer job or short-term contract. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain our bespoke CRM System and process reports. Full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update our bespoke CRM system
- Reconfirm work with engineers
- Requesting updates from engineers regarding jobs in progress
- Process engineer reports
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Data Systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Schedule: Immediate start. Negotiable days but ideally 4/5 days a week
