Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration: Manage daily office tasks, including filing, scanning, and handling correspondence.
- Client Contact: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and via phone.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Support Projects: Assist with project coordination and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Other Duties: Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support various departments.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Organisation: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- IT Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of working in a professional service environment would be beneficial but not required as on the job training will be provided.
