Responsibilities
- General administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails professionally
- Supporting the operations team with scheduling, customer updates, and system tasks
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and client records in our internal systems
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to support day-to-day operations
- Assisting with other office and clerical duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks independently
