About the Role:
Complete classroom services are looking for a confident and professional individual to be the first point of contact in a SEN school. You will manage reception duties and provide a range of administrative support across the school, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Managing pupil attendance and admissions using SIMS
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks
- Updating records, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence
- Supporting staff and pupils with day-to-day queries
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils by following visitor procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferably in a school)
- Strong working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
