Admin Assistant at Neil Terry Design & Print
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with the ability to keep things running smoothly? We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team at Neil Terry Design & Print.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything from finances to communication is handled with precision. You'll play a vital part in our success, so a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently, take messages, and assist with general inquiries.
- Printing & Document Management: Learn how to use commercial production printers and adjust files from the Microsoft Office Suite to print ready PDF files.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, filing and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The hours below are expected to be spread across Monday to Friday, to fit in with school pick up and drop off.
E.g. Start - 9:15AM | 30mins lunch | Finish - 2:45PM (this can vary based on your requirements)
