Accounts Payable Assistant | Up to £32,000 salary | Full-time Position | Chichester
Natures Way Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to managing supplier invoices and payments. You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment at one of the UK’s leading fresh food manufacturers, where your contribution helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording of invoices and payment
- Liaise with business stakeholders to assist with purchase queries, supplier queries and new account requirements
- Regularly reconcile supplier statement balances and understand movements
- Delivery of specific transactional finance month end close areas
- Provide finance operational support to the business as required
- To work collaboratively with senior stakeholders within and outside of finance
Experience required
- Either AAT Level 3 minimum or previous experience in accounts payable
- Can maintain high attention to detail within a high-volume invoice processing function
- Accurate data capture is second nature to you
- Can demonstrate logical and methodical thinking to solve problems
