About you –

Strong understanding of the workings of an office
- Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with landlords and tenants
- Good organisational skills and accuracy
- Be a team player
- Be discrete, trustworthy and reliable
- Able to prioritise
- Be flexible
- Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping - or can show us you're great with numbers
What you’ll do-

Reconciling rent accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts filing
- Allocate prepaid rents
- Paying contractors
- Chase rent arrears
- Entering invoices, scanning and linking
- Maintaining spreadsheets
