Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts administration of the dealership. This position requires computer literacy and a solid understanding of accounts.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is maintained.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding account statuses and transactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in an accounts would be preferable.
- Proficiency in accounting software would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
