  • Review daily positive pay items for approval
  • Perform GL accounting tasks including reconciliations and adjustments
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Take on additional accounting/finance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

We value skills, attitude, and the ability to learn. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and great with people—we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting or AP experience
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus (not required)
  • Solid understanding of general ledger and AP processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and team spirit
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems a bonus
  • Commitment to integrity, learning, and continuous improvement

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary (~$50,000) plus bonus scheme
  • 401K retirement savings plan
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Generous paid time off (three weeks PTO + six sick days)
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Company-provided life insurance and disability benefits
  • Full training, development, and career progression opportunities
  • Flexible work schedule with hybrid working potential

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated accounting professional to contribute to a growing organization while advancing their career.
