Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a full time Access and Outreach Officer to work with the Head of Access in the delivery of the College’s schools outreach programmes. The post-holder will also need to work closely with a large team of student volunteers, graduate students, and academics. The College has a significant and substantial access and outreach programme which it will seek to further develop in future years.
Salary: £29,959 to £35,116 pa (discretionary to £38,249), depending on skills and experience (Grade 5 of the University Salary Scale).

The post-holder will support the activities of the Head of Access and these include, but are not limited to:
· working with schools and colleges in Wadham’s link access areas;
· supporting in the delivery of the College’s larger access projects
· conducting outreach activities with school students from Years 7 to 13;
· organising inbound and outbound access events;
· organising and delivering day-to-day inbound and outbound access events; and
· helping co-ordinate student involvement in access activity.
The working hours are: 36.5 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday, as well as some occasional evening and weekend work.
