We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. Duties
MUST HAVE C1 Licence
- Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-journey checks on the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and compliant with safety standards.
- Load and unload goods, which may involve heavy lifting, ensuring that items are secured properly for transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in a safe manner.
- Liaise with & support the team to generate sales.
- Liaise with current and potential customers, identifying needs and opportunities.
- Ensure sales are processed promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer enquiries are processed efficiently and effectively
- Identify and promote sales opportunities using a variety of techniques.

Skills
- Proven experience as a Van Driver or Delivery Driver, with a valid 7.5 tonne driving licence.
- Strong commercial driving skills, with an understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
- Experience with heavy lifting and handling of goods safely.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering excellent service.
